What our plant can do

Self-built production base at Songzi Lingang Industrial Park, Hubei, with Wuhan Optics Valley R&D headquarters in parallel. As the manufacturer of these corrosion inhibitors, the entire chain from R&D to scale-up production is independently controllable — self-produced, self-sold, supplied directly by the manufacturer, under full-process quality control.

The self-built factory has 10+ enamel/stainless steel reactors of different specifications, equipped with distillation towers, heat exchangers, storage tanks and a DCS system, covering the complete production chain from automated control to distillation purification and finished product filling — a genuine corrosion inhibitor manufacturer.

Our quality control system

Our plant has its own laboratory, equipped with a full set of analytical and testing instruments, with a team of R&D engineers stationed on site for a long time, and three-level quality control throughout the entire process from raw materials to finished products — only products passing inspection leave the factory.

Three-level quality inspection·Full traceability

• ✅ Raw material incoming inspection: Raw material batches are sampled and tested, and unqualified batches are rejected.
• ✅ In-process inspection: real-time sampling and analysis of the reaction process, and timely adjustment of process parameters
• ✅ Finished product factory inspection: Each batch of finished products must issue a complete inspection report before leaving the warehouse.
• ✅ Independent laboratory equipped with multiple sets of corrosion inhibitor synthesis and test equipment
• ✅ We can customize exclusive formulas according to customer working conditions and provide sample evaluation reports
• ✅ Support third-party authoritative organizations to send samples for re-inspection, and the data can be made public
