Suitable for HCl-H₂S-H₂O corrosion control in tower top condensation systems of atmospheric and vacuum units. It can be compounded with organic amines and ammonia. It does not contain Cl, P and metal ions. It has good water solubility and excellent anti-emulsification properties.
Oil-soluble imidazoline concentrate is suitable for corrosion inhibition in low-temperature condensation parts of various units in refineries, and can also be used to prevent rust in machining. Decomposition temperature >460°C, excellent heat resistance and stability, export orders are being delivered continuously.
An uprated version of BXH-102 that introduces hydrophobic group modification, has better corrosion inhibition performance, wider applicable scenarios, and high overall cost performance. Export orders will be verified in 2025, with stable quality.

The imidazoline oleate system is suitable for metal heat treatment and quenching processes, providing bright anti-corrosion protection. Effectively inhibits corrosion of quenched parts and improves surface finish.
Polymer surfactant containing N and O strong polar groups, effective content ≥95%, decomposition temperature >500°C, suitable for naphthenic acid corrosion protection in high-temperature refining equipment between 220°C and 300°C, phosphorus-free formula, corrosion inhibition rate ≥95%.
It is prepared from BXH-103 concentrate and can be directly pumped. The corrosion inhibition rate is ≥90%. It is suitable for vacuum distillation, hydrogenation reactor outflow system, FCC high temperature zone and other units. Pre-passivation is 30-50 ppm, normal 5-25 ppm.
Removes basic nitrogen compounds from coker gas oil, improves FCC feed quality, alleviates catalyst poisoning and increases conversion and light oil yield. Industrially applied at a Shandong independent refinery and Shandong Group Refinery Petrochemical with verified unit data.
Deep naphthenic acid removal under mild conditions — 80–85 °C at atmospheric pressure. Distillates above 5.0 mgKOH/g come down reliably to below 1.0 mgKOH/g. Deacidifier and solvent are recovered in a closed loop, so the process generates no solid waste, and the naphthenic acid is recovered as a saleable by-product. Suitable for diesel, gas oil and mixed distillates.
A high-efficiency slurry settling agent working by dual coagulation-plus-flocculation mechanisms. At 90–100 °C and a dosage of just 0.04%–0.08%, ash removal exceeds 90% in 24 hours and ash content drops below 200 ppm — enough for low-sulfur marine fuel, needle coke and other high-value uses. Free slurry sample evaluation available.
Industrial application of coker gas oil denitrification: basic nitrogen removal ≥80%, significantly improved FCC feed properties, with unit operating data available.
