FAQ

Does BXH-102 affect the demulsification of crude oil?
BXH-102 adopts a special film-forming formula, which is highly lipophilic but has low emulsification tendency. Under the conventional filling amount (≤100 mg/L), after compatibility testing with mainstream demulsifiers, it has no significant impact on the crude oil dehydration rate. For specific installations, please contact us for on-site trial evaluation.
Is the film formation stable at high temperatures (above 150°C)?
The chemical adsorption bond between the imidazoline head group of BXH-102 and the metal has good thermal stability at 200°C. Our laboratory high-temperature coupon data (48h in circulating oil at 150°C) shows that the protective film integrity rate is >90%. In actual working conditions exceeding 200°C, it is recommended to use BXH-103 phosphorus-free high-temperature corrosion inhibitor.
