BXH-103 / RUN-129 Phosphorus-free high temperature corrosion inhibitor

Breaking through the theoretical framework and bottleneck that traditional high-temperature corrosion inhibitors can only use phosphorus-based systems, it provides good corrosion inhibition under vacuum conditions at 220-360°C, and avoids fouling, blockage and unplanned shutdowns of downstream units such as hydrotreating caused by phosphorus-containing high-temperature inhibitors.

⚠️ How to choose

When the feedstock acid value is ≥0.5 mgKOH/g and the temperature exceeds 200°C, it is strongly recommended to choose BXH-103/RUN-129 instead of ordinary phosphorus-containing high-temperature inhibitors, addressing both high-temperature corrosion and the impact of phosphorus on oil quality.
